Our staffing services include Event Captains, professional servers, buffet attendants, beverage attendants, bussers, setup crews, breakdown crews, cake cutting and service, and chair and table reset assistance.

Yes! Our Professional Event Staffing can be booked as a standalone service. You do not need to book Elegant Treats or Elegant Pours to hire our event staff.

You don’t have to figure that out on your own. We’ll recommend a staffing plan based on your guest count, venue, event timeline, meal service style, and the specific responsibilities you’d like our team to handle.

An Event Captain provides on-site leadership for our staffing team and helps oversee service flow and assigned responsibilities. Servers focus on hands-on guest service, meal service, clearing tables, and maintaining a polished event environment.

Our Event Captains are not a replacement for a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator unless specifically contracted for coordination services.

Yes. Setup crews can assist with approved event setup tasks based on your venue requirements and event plan. Please provide setup details in advance so we can ensure appropriate staffing and timing.

Yes. Our breakdown team can assist with post-event breakdown, clearing service areas, and helping restore the venue according to the agreed-upon scope of service. Venue-specific or deep-cleaning services are not included unless specifically outlined in your proposal.

Yes. Our team can assist with buffet service, meal service, replenishment, bussing, and clearing when working alongside your caterer or food provider. We’ll confirm responsibilities in advance to ensure everyone understands the service plan.

Yes. Our team can professionally cut, plate, and serve your wedding or celebration cake so you and your guests can simply enjoy it.

Yes. Beverage attendants can help maintain water, non-alcoholic beverage, and self-service drink stations, keeping them clean, organized, and stocked throughout your event.

Our team arrives in clean, professional attire appropriate for your event. If you have a specific dress code or color preference to match your celebration, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely. You can combine Professional Event Staffing, Elegant Treats culinary experiences, and Elegant Pours mobile bartending for a more seamless celebration supported by one team.

Staffing hours are customized based on your event timeline and service needs. Your proposal will include the recommended arrival time, service hours, and departure time for each team member.

Minimum booking requirements may apply depending on the event date, location, staffing needs, and services requested. Your custom proposal will clearly outline all minimums and pricing.

Gratuity is not included in your staffing total and is always appreciated but never expected. If you’d like to include gratuity for your team, we’re happy to add it to your final invoice, or you’re welcome to provide it the day of your event.

Yes. Many venues require a Certificate of Insurance, and we’re happy to provide one. Just share your venue’s requirements as early as possible so we can coordinate the details before your event date.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, weekends, and peak event dates. Staffing availability is not guaranteed until your agreement is signed and your retainer is received.

After we review your event details, we’ll create a customized staffing proposal. Once your agreement is signed and the required 50% non-refundable retainer is received, your event date and staffing team will be reserved.

Travel may be available depending on your event location and staffing requirements. Additional travel fees may apply and will be included in your proposal.
